It seems that the intepretation of Kyriacou's comments seems to be twisted. Seems to me he is saying a Surface, like any luxury, requires some care to be taken with it. But he highlighted that it is quite easy to care for, as far as comparing it to other luxuries. I didn't realise that people were complaining about getting their surface dirty? I have owned the Surface Pro 3 for years, and I have never had that problem. I use it a few times a week, at a minimum, and I keep it in a simple bag when it isn't in use.

Doesn't courtesy go both ways? Had they walked up to her house, and asked for permission to fly on their property, she may have given it.

I am not a medical student. However, keeping records of multiple projects, on a wide variety of subjects is a challenge I face. As others have indicated, paper and pen is hard to beat. But digital searching/tagging of my notes is a really useful feature. I have a Livescribe Echo, I am able to take notes, and record meetings. My laptop automatically synchronises with Google Docs, and I have a tablet PC with a stylus. It means that whatever option I use.... tablet or paper.... it all ends up in the same repository. I am thinking about using Evernote instead, it seems to have a great deal of features that Google Docs/Drive does not have.
