NanoWires's Journal: Dangerous mattress toxins

As geeks we all sleep, maybe not as much as the general public but we do sleep sometimes. Recently I found myself in need of sleeping, my old mattress needed replacing so I bought a new one. When I opened plastic around the mattress it smelled very toxic. I had this air out for 3 days, then on the third night sleeping on the old mattress I got very sick, my stomache was clenching and my head was spinning.
