Maybe you should know that he's wanted for insider trading in Ontario. From the CBC: Cowpland denied that his departure has anything to do with the insider-trading allegations. Cowpland has been charged by the Ontario Securities Commission with violating securities laws in the sale of $20.5 million worth of Corel stock in 1997. He has denied any wrongdoing.
