Comment This is the Half-Life 3 demo (Score 0) 30

I believe that this is just the demo of the technology that will be used to make Half-Life 3! Just think about it, what else could they be working on over the years? They want VR to be groundbreaking, and what better story to use then Half-Life? Half-Life has a huge cult following. It's what made valve company it is today. What would be a better way to sell Steam Machines with VR headset then to bundle it with Half Life 3? How much would you pay for that experience? They have all the time and money the could possibly need in order to get it right. Valve has always been about raising the bar, but if they get this technology going it would changing video gaming as we know it.

I went from the Motorola cliq to a Nexus S. The cliq is a POS I also was apprehensive about the lack of keyboard, but I haven't missed it now that I don't have one. The screen is big enough that there is enough room to type without my fat fingers getting in the way. Besides, the smaller form factor is great in a pocket. Also, it doesn't have as many moving parts to break. I really recommend the nexus lines of phones.

I live in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Both my neighbors in my apartment building are Chinese. There is also a heavy Somali presence in the building and area. When I was doing my laundry I heard them speaking Arabic and Chinese(maybe?). Every day leaving for work I hear a number of languages I don't understand. At my job we have 2 Bosnian body builders, 1 Bulgarian, and 1 from Cameron. If that's not a fucking melting pot I don't know what is! Just because people in the Burbs are not used to it doesn't mean its people are xenophobic gits. Where else in the world can you hear two people with terrible English try to communicate because that's the one language they have in common? Also, they really love to bitch about the cold weather. Also, Last time I checked most the big software firms are based here in the U.S.
