If nobody is reading your tweets, then they fail due to one or more of the following:

1) You aren't saying anything worth reading
2) You don't know how to use retweet (RT) to publish replies to people you are following so that people can read them if they search for that person's @profilename
3) You don't participate in any hashtag groups

I'm guessing #1 is the worst problem, since teenagers usually have nothing to say that someone else hasn't already said in a more clever or amusing way, and then #2 and #3 are probably tied.

At the least, they should have made a very real effort to alert the school administration that this was a problem.

In that way, even if they were completely ignored, they'd at least have something to back them up when they make the futile claim that they tried all the normal means to make the school aware of the issue.

Sure, they'd still get in trouble with the school, but at least they'd have some credibility in the public's eye as doing this for a good reason rather than simply because they could.

Maybe PVP will be entertaining. Who knows, you have to do this overhead to get there.

Actually, no, you don't. You can create a PVP only character that is max level, but you can't ever take that character anywhere but the PVP areas. You can't even go to town. Also, you're stuck to preset skills until you find skills via the PvE game.
