The board should be showing this guy the exit... Or it may be he is just a really honest straight talking CEO. Others would piss away 200mill and say it was a needed expense for the growth of the company where as he can Identify it as a mistake and correct it. If the board doesn't fire him I would say they like his honesty. Although I think he will have trouble hiring now that this is out.

I think if they want this to be anonymous then you will be able to buy this card from 7/11 and load some cash on to it. Of course your face will be on their security cameras but no one is stopping someone from reselling these cards anonymously.

Or perhaps you could install the software on a burner phone.

Keynesian Economics says you should stimulate (print / inflate money) when the economy is depressed and then pay off your debt when the economy is good. So far we have been printing money when the economy is good and bad and so now we find ourselves in an inflationary environment. Why should you print money when the economy is good... shouldn't you be collecting that extra money in taxes and paying down the debt to avoid inflation?

Nope its a capital gain.. at least here in australia. You bought it for $1500 sold it for $2000, you pay tax on the $500 gain. Which you can only offset with capital losses on the same asset type. So if you originally bought it for $1 then sold it to yourself 10 times and then sold it to a sucker for a million, you are still paying tax all the way up.

Tesla uses a Type 2 connector produced by German manufacturer Mennekes and can use the same charging stations from other vendors. It is the most common plug type used by EVs and is the standard throughout Europe. Tesla has previously locked out other vehicles from using the Type 2 so really this is a good win. I wouldn't be surprised if it became the default plug.
