I am a photographer, living and working in London UK. I am also a licenced radio ham (G7VFY) and modest hardware hacker (I like to modify stuff to using obsolete gear for new applications) eg trying to find hacks for the 'wireless' palm i705 I just bought on ebay by mistake. I own three SLR cameras, a nikon d200, a Fuji S5 and a Nikon 801 film camera. Computer stuff. I have two laptops a Toshiba Satellite pro 100? and a black Apple iBOOK. Both have dual core duo processors and 2GB ram. I am thinking of getting some kind of pocket pc for photo editing and email. My first computer was an Acorn Atom, then a few different Sinclair computers (I worked in a computer shop in the 1980s, so I have own hundreds of 8 bit computers over the years.
