Anyway, I didn't notice the article making any reference to the guys ethnicity. The British Transport Police are so jumpy, they'd detain anyone who's middle eastern looking who's fiddling around with a rucksack. Hell, they capped the other dude because he was a tanned Brazilian in a coat.
