right after receiving the lawsuit notice, Carmack used google search on how to wipe his hard drive and then did so on a bunch of computers and usb drives.

There can be multiple experiments for the same thing. For example pretty much any explosion myth had a small scale experiment, a full size experiment and sometimes even a medium scale experiment.

And what kind of company are you expecting to hire you when you tell them you may have to leave in the middle of the day with no prior notice to go work for some other company?

Arguably, by publishing on Twitter, a medium well known for re-tweeting being normal behavior, you have implicitly granted permission.

Retweeting gives credit to the original poster, which is all she was asking for.

Yes, they can. I have astigmatisms in both eyes and wear contacts with no problems.
