So, I'm a guy accused of murder, and the judge is the deceased's best friend, but is still allowed to rule on the case, is this not a conflict of interest? I really don't see a difference here. Every cause, though, has to have a martyr, so I guess Pirate Bay (which still hosts some great downloads, but I would never download illegally XD ) is the Jesus Christ of the file sharing debate. I can only hope that they will rise from the dead, and we will then have commercialized holidays to celebrate their life.
