well... i don't care to look it up... but i'm positive i'm right... my freshman year of college started 1997 when i had my chip design classes and was big into MIPS and eyed the alpha chip pages every day drooling over the 1.2 ghtz and seemingly ridiculously cheap $800 price tag multiple times a day. i couldn't understand why everyone didn't have one, but at the same time i couldn't justify buying one either... too foreign. i later got to play with lots of them in production environments and was left convinced they were junk.

i didn't set up the OSs and have no clue what disks they were running... but i'd take any of the NeXT machines in the lab at the time over any of the alpha workstations, and even those NeXT machines were easily bested by compaq pentium 2s running windows 98......... so at the time... alphas were worse to me than something that was worse than a compaq pentium 2 running windows 98.................. WORSE THAN SOMETHING THAT WAS WORSE THAN A COMPAQ PENTIUM 2 RUNNING WINDOWS 98.

your milage may vary.

is that you gem? i didn't know you were also an ignorant hypocrite.

who says you can't hate your own kind? you're an idiot.

why do you cower? i have never cowered and no one including those you fear have ever done anything to me... probably because i have a history of defending myself with the greatest force available to me.

if any account can be considered a sockpuppet, then ALL accounts are sockpuppets. i am a singular person and have never represented myself as anything but. you're a moron.

you're completely pathetic.
