A while back some guys in the Netherlands came up with the same idea and this is exactly what I told them. Their project is called Paranet and basically wants to do the same thing. Another problem is if the physical box is approached (any judgement department with the proper papers can order access to the machine) because then you can access all the data after it's unencrypted, perhaps even read stuff from memory in cleartext as well, etc. Like you said, there's more to security then encrypting connections :) Menso
