It seems as though we are supposed to stop business it is preposterous for many offices to be told not to open any word files. I know that there are other word processing programs and notepad, but ask yourself this: "does your company respond fast to technological changes?". Its simple there are some people in the company who will not be able to make a drastic change very quickly. You can however send an email to a friend call to confirm that the email is legit and not a bot sent version. But that removes the conveniences of email in itself.
