reject good advice, like "don't take horse de-worming medication, because you are not a horse."

Are you aware that there are human versions of ivermectin and that doctors prescribe them all the time? Satoshi Omura didn't win a nobel prize for deworming horses.

Yes, but people are taking the animal versions. That's why, for example, calls to Poison Control in Texas are up 590%

The evil governments keep hiding the inexpensive drugs that cure us of everything, all so that they can get their vaccine microchips implanted in us! So my neighbor's middle school son, who's really smart, has a science fair project that shows how baking soda will cure cancer! Why are they covering this up??

Oh yes, and Merck (major manufacturer of Ivermectin) must have been paid a lot of money by the global New Order (or maybe threatened by the Jewish Space Laser Corp?) to issue a statement saying "don't take it for COVID-19 treatment".

Yeah it didn't benefit me either. I never voted for Trump, or said he was good for America. You guys are brainwashed by "D" and "R". There are really other options you know. Go back to Reddit and Fark.

I notice you didn't say other viable options.
Also, you phrased it directly as an attack on Democrats, without the "Republicans aren't any better" disclaimer.

Employers can decide that. The question is whether the US government lets an employee enter the US specifically because of that decision.

Unfortunately, an H-1B visa is employer-specific -- the employee cannot easily change jobs within the US, because a prospective new employer would need to secure a new H-1B visa for the worker. This tends to suppress wages for H-1B workers even more than would be the case otherwise.

It suppresses wages for all IT workers, because companies have a labor source cheaper than U.S. Workers, and the average wage is lowered
