no, actually, you infer that, applying your marxist puritanical morality to a neutral situation. Trickle down means something more like, if one company in a town of many companies develops a hit product, one that they sell a lot of, the money that flows into that company will flow back out and spread out to surrounding businesses downstream, through more spending by the company, by their expanded workforce, bigger bonuses etc. And, if the company doesn't spend but takes a portion of its income and invests it, those investments will create new productive enterprises trickling out more income.

sort of redundant, isn't it, to have "Vice" and "low effort" in the same sentence?

it's is pretty standard in the world of art that the limitations of the medium play an important role in the art. GIFs are a very limited medium for a time that had limited bandwidth and that was part of the art.

Perhaps if we limited Vice they could produce some art.
