no, actually, you infer that, applying your marxist puritanical morality to a neutral situation. Trickle down means something more like, if one company in a town of many companies develops a hit product, one that they sell a lot of, the money that flows into that company will flow back out and spread out to surrounding businesses downstream, through more spending by the company, by their expanded workforce, bigger bonuses etc. And, if the company doesn't spend but takes a portion of its income and invests it, those investments will create new productive enterprises trickling out more income.
