I love (loath) companies like this.
Sure, they care about the proper ergonomics of computer mice. They want to ensure that the world doesn't succumb to RSI, they love everyone.
But, lets not bother making a left-handed model. Hell, only 10 % of peopl are lefties. It sure as hell isn't worth the R&D.
