Its good to see Stanford opening up there knowledge base to the public. I'm working on a project that is a little more accessible than that. http://www.globalizationstudies.org/ The lectures are available as high quality h264 on itunes and on the website for free with a creative commons license. I've finally created a Slashdot user account after years of reading this unique little site. I'm interested in the anthropology of cyberspace. How culture develops around communities on the net. Slashdot seems to be one of the places where people can become really involved. There certainely are hierarchies, social circles, celebrities and demons. I am here to watch you and then write about it.
