Is this how you would do it:
1. Ask how satisfied the customer is (0...10)
2. If satisfaction >= 5 then ask if the customer has 'particular kind of satisfaction' with the company. If yes, then lower the satisfaction and return to step one. Repeat until satisfaction low.
