OK, TOS is a good point. But does GoDaddy's TOS include specific languages about their aboslute choice of what they post -- beyond pornography, and the other 'standard boilerplate?'
What are the broader implications for Web 2.0? Do ISPs, and other services essential to displaying the user-created content decide what will or will not be posted? This can be serious; another gold mine for lawyers. Gotta a bunch of good lawyer to comment on this? ;)
