Long ago I had a friend that was an ATC. He told me that the cutoff age for new ATCs was 25(?) because they had 100% failure rate of everyone older than that who entered the training program. He was just under the cutoff age and scary driven and focused. So not so much a ridiculous rule and more of a pragmatic realization.

After having a charge show up in Rubles (I'm is US), I had to cancel my card and change to a new one for all my recurring charges. After the second time this happened, I designated one card for on-line use only. That way if it was compromised, I only had to cancel it and not change all my recurring accounts. Has worked great for 20 years!
