Emails, instant messages and, of course, anonymous blog-postings, they're all a refuge for the passive-aggressive who hides behind technology, stridently demanding their opinion be heard, then refusing to claim ownership of their words. de Brito puts out a call to take responsibility for what you're posting: Take your clothes off (metaphorically) people, he writes.

Is he right? Would the internet be a better, friendlier, or at least more mature place if we were all naked, devoid of the cloak of anonymity?"
