I feel that the General Public should post thier own bounty on Monopolistic Tactical OS developers and thier buggy ass software that keeps thier sister companies in business....

I am currently attending the University of Montana in pursuit of a BS degree in Computer Science. I have been working in the field since 1985 and I have decided to go for the paper. On a personal note some of my other skills and interests are fly-fishing, sailing and I have been involved in music since the third grade.
