Re:Mandrake Problems (Score 1)

I've had the same problem with a Fireport 40 and a Plextor Ultraplex 32. Didn't work with my Yamaha 4416 either. But when I installed an IDE disk in my system it installed but failed to write LILO to my boot driver (SCSI). I believe the SCSI support in Mandrake 7.0 doesn't work like it should. I used 6.1 without problems. At work I've installed 7.0 on two IDE machines without any problems. I hope that 7.1 works better.
