Missouri's current statewide IT services contract prohibits off shore. Here is the actual quoted section. Section: 3.1.8 Offshore services shall not be provided under the resulting contract(s). This is the major Information Technology Service contract for the state of Missouri's IT needs. What help desk desk services are you speaking of. What state of Missouri contract is utilized for support of these claimed services. Please validate your claim that an offshore help desk exists for services to the state of Missouri. I do not know of it and want to confirm it. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
