Illegal immigrants from Mexico and Central America do a disproportionate amount of the construction work in the United States. So if we allow large numbers of high IQ Indian tech workers into the United States to do the jobs "Americans won't do" and allow them into our Unions, then it's a great possibility that these hard working Indian (and soon Chinese!) tech workers will create larger markets.
