This question is a simple marketing survey. Typically, however, marketing surveys that ask "What do you want?" don't actually get you relevant results. Lots of people THINK they want a bunch of particular things, but when presented with them in the final product those specific things often get totally ignored.
Here's a suggestion: Ask "What's pisses you off about certain developer programs? What things, upon noticing them, make you stop dead in your tracks and go somewhere else?"
Then do the opposite.
Once you've made sure you're not going to immediately turn people away, then start picking the best of the "core features" suggested in other posts here.
You're never going to please 100% of the people 100% of the time, but if you start by trying as hard as you can to not DISplease people you're already 50% of the way there.
