I think nothing. As was said above, there is no increased danger of antibiotic-resistant bacteria from this. However, there's no such thing as 100%. How could it possibly go in the wrong direction? Well, the bacteria reproduce and mutate. But there can be the situation where the harmless bacteria get somewhere they are not supposed to be and turn into a cause and pathogenic infection, and it is possibly life-threatening if they have engineered Antibiotic-resistance.
