This is the dumbest attempt to anticipate an argument I've ever seen. Yeah, I'm going to suggest this is used more on minorities. Why would that imply minorities commit more crimes? Cops are't REQUIRED to use this software on every crime. Just like they selectively use things like stop and frisk (strangely stopping and frisking more minorities than white folks...so weird right???) Dumbass.

Comment No phone is $1000-good. (Score 2) 314

Good lord, this is the dumbest dumb-shit I've read in a while. $!000+ for a phone is hard to justify because it's a shit-ton of money. And for a device that is often forced into obsolescence by the manufacturer within a couple of years. I can get about 5 years out of a similarly priced laptop. On top of which, a LOT of us remember when a good smart phone cost around $300, and a "high end" smart phone was about $500. The value of the American dollar hasn't plunged THAT fast, nor have the phone's improved anywhere near as dramatically as the price jump would suggest.
