Sued? It's a sneak preview. It's not like someone broke into the studios, stole the movie reel, and then tried to sell it or made it pubically available on the 'net. Now, if someone had been there with a video camera and was filming it for half an hour, and them put it on the 'net, that would be someone who'd be hunted down and sued. Someone could've easily smuggled a compact one in, since they really didn't seem to be checking...
