How would I go about setting this up (Score 1)

Before reading this I thought each website needed an ip. I'm one on the millions of people wasting ip's, unknowingly. Can someone point me in the right direction on where I can find information on how to set up virtual sites that use one ip in NT 4 using Microsoft IIS? Thanks!
