Journal Journal: Protester pees her pants trying to save cars

Trying to save a pristine batch of electric cars made by GM from going to the crusher, actress Alexandra Paul and her friends pulled a 23 day vigil which culminated in the arrest of Paul and a friend. Apparently she was so caught up in moment that she did not have time to go to the restroom and peed her pants (at least that what it looks like in the photo). I'd wish USA Today used a better photo. It doesn't look like the police officer could do much to avoid the wet area when frisking her.

Journal Journal: Touch my <insert name> monkey

In case /. doesn't accept my submission, this is here for posterity:

A new species of titi monkeys have been discovered and to raise money for conservation for Bolivia's Madidi National Park, Charity Folks are auctioning the rights to name this new species. More about this auction and its affiliates can be read at USA Today. Maybe Bill Gates will win and call it after himself. If I win, I'll call them the "Bodacious" titi monkeys.
