When I was a kid (8 Years old). My brother and I used to take the .22 revolver and go out to the lake and "SHOOT (yes, A GUN)" with the projectile nitting near the frogs to kill them with the concussion of the bullet hitting the water. Scoop them up and take them to the camp fire and cook up their legs (Tastes like Chicken). Thoes were the days :-)
