I was on galveston island for christmas eve and day and we got abour 4 inches of snow for christmas. It was almost half melted by mid christmas day. The snow came just it time for christmas and left as quick as it came. The last time I belive it snowed if galeveston was in 1989 the snowflakes that night were texas size
