LegalReader writes: An Illinois judge has decided that an anonymous commenter on a newspaper website will be unmasked, even though the mother of a teen about whom "Hipcheck16" allegedly made "deeply disturbing" comments hasn't yet decided whether to sue over the posting.

A Nashville-based managed care company disclosed Wednesday that an employee's laptop computer, which contained private data for about 9,000 individuals, had been stolen from a locked car. The HealthSpring Inc. laptop, which held names, dates of birth and social security numbers, was stolen on March 30 in Houston, the Tennessean reports. http://www.abajournal.com/news/stolen_healthspring_laptop_
