As far as I know Nokia bought the Symbian OS parts of Metrowerks last year. At least it says so here. I would call that rather complete tailoring. Of course it is a bit worrying for companies using other flavors of Symbian OS than Series 60/80/90 as Nokia will probably focus on those.
