I've been with them for years, my internet goes out all the time. They flat out lie to me when I call support saying that my modem is responding well and they're getting a good signal from it. That would be all well and good, if the damned thing wasn't unplugged. I have to unplug it everytime it drops, every time it rains, every time the wind blows more than 3knots. The one time I somehow managed to get someone out there, the internet was out, and they told me that it was working fine. the modem was red and offline. they never came in the house to check anything, they never tested anything.
