What was the headline supposed be? At first I thought they left out a hyphen, so there were 11-hour outages:

But no, the teams are talking about hosting clouds themselves, so they really just got the plural wrong:
IT Teams Report Spending 11 Hours a Week on Cloud Connectivity Problems
I think by convention (if not by definition) I should expect to understand the headline without reading further.

It is 9.7km/kWh, which is indeed impressive. My 2025 Equinox EV is 5.1 km/kWh, but is a much bigger car. My husband's smaller 2017 Bolt EV is rated at 5.7 km/kWh. In the real world, the Equinox actually uses less than the Bolt because of the heat pump.
Marketing was NEVER going to allow units like mi/kWh or km/kWh to be used for flashy new EVs, since those (single-digit!) numerical values would be so much smaller than per gallon figures.

Just like Star Wars, the brand has been so devalued by the last decade+ of entries that no one looks forward to anything that's announced anymore. Giving it a break and getting rid of the current creative team is the bare minimum for anyone to take anything ST seriously.
