He was quoting Feynman, who wouldn't have been exposed to good evidence for missing/dark matter/energy at the time.
I'm sure Feynman would have either included the "otherwise undetected matter which has gravity" or just called it "other natural forces". He may have left it as is though. Since the statement stands as is. As I read it, he means to say that ghosts, spirits, gods nor devils, karma, chockra, chi nor souls, nor glitches, hacks, or cheats from a simulator, have left any discernible footprint to observe.
