Progressives or vari-focals as they are known in the UK are generally no good for computer work. Im suprised that your optometrist suggested progressives if you specified that you also do computer work. My optometrist recommended progressives to fix my long distance and general reading issues and a separate prescription for another set of fixed focal lenses for monitor work. The progressives are great and are also fine for tablet use when im using my Nexus 7, but are terrible for the PC monitor so I switch to my fixed focal pair which work great.

I have just started Tera Rising, so far it seems fine and I like the combat system but it does seem tailored towards grinding although it does have the advantage that its free to play.

Everything that is available via the BBC iPlayer website is available using SelekTOR and the dowloadable media patterns, also gives access to ITV and Channel 4 catchup and unblocks various torrents sites that have been blocked in the UK. You can also create your own URL patterns.

The number of exit nodes really depends on the country some have plenty others not so much. I use SelekTOR myself which can be found here http://www.dazzleships.net/ which lets you choose your exit node and also uses URL pattern matching which allows you to bypass a lot of geographic web blocks and watch UK tv for free.
