Google prosecuted in Brazil

Kordau writes: Google Brazil is under pressure to release user info from Google's Orkut, relating to a child porn investigation by the Brazilian feds. Google Brazil maintains that the info the feds want is held on US servers... if the feds want the info, they should talk to Google USA.
