This sounds to me like a VERY good idea for Stealth Tech... of course the size and material would need to be tailored for the wavelengths involved but it's all EM energy....

OK being an EE... here is my suggestion... 1. I know you can use window glass and convert it into a speaker... I do not have the method right here, but I have seen it done several times... next buy a cheap set of active headphones... and put a small Mic out side the window... then attach the output to the inside window/ speaker... this should cancel out the noise... and you then have the option of hooking a stereo to the windows/speakers and can enjoy the music...
the smart phone laptop/ tablet uses a smart phone as the guts of the laptop... I also use a ASUS slider... it is truly a netbook and a tablet in one.

so how exactly will they get these keys? brain washing? I am sure that your brain is off limits to their sticky little hands.
Myself, i found long ago that the password requirements for my various systems exceeded my ability to manage them without some type of data base... I currently use an encrypted database application called KeePass... this application allows me to change my passwords on a daily basis if needed and still keep the same password. I gave my trusted relatives the password to this encrypted database in the copy of my will that they are holding in a sealed envelope... I suppose I could have put all this information on a USB memory stick, but the paper form will last longer and a sealed envelope will keep them from discovering the password until it is time for them to do so...

the timing and identification of race entrants or individuals is a very easy thing... this has been solved using RFID tag's to identify the entrants and the same timing devices to actually do the timing...
Now if they can only make it touch sensitive.... I can see MANY applications for this (ok more then there currently are)
