Well that's not altogether true. Bluejacking is simply sending unsolicited messages to other BT enabled devices, this would typically be in the form of a vCard.
While bluejacking is usually harmless; the advancements in mobile phones now allows for the transmission and execution of image, audio and other files. These devices are more suseptable to virus attacks and, indeed, devices can be taken over completely with the use of a trojan horse program.
