Actually, they are switching DNS servers with very bad timing, and although it looks like the "slashdot effect," it in fact is not. You should be able to reach it in some parts of the country and not others right now based on if your ISP has updated it's DNS listings yet. They did the same thing with http://forum.phantom.net/ last night. Don't believe me? http://69.59.176.19/ says it all.
