Gaa! I must have graduated too early. Back in my day it was more like 50-50. Unfortunately the "amazingly beautiful" percentage was very much lower. But I guess it's pretty subjective.
Gotta love those no A/C dorms though. I suffered through a year on Heitz 1. Don't worry, the snow will not help. It will be 250F in the winter unless you have the windows open a little.
