According to an AP story, municipal Wi-Fi is going nowhere fast.

Seriously... maybe it's the time of night, lack of sleep, alcohol... but I thought that was funny I got a chuckle. I wanted to know if anyone else talked about it. I scrolled through the pages, upon pages, of responses... nada.
