Can anyone help me with a raytheon ray 152

I have a Raytheon Ray 152 ssb radio telephone (xmtr coverage between 1.6mhz and 29.995 mhz) I can't get it to output at max level and can't override its lsb transmission block. If anyone can get parts or help I can really use it.
