Journal: Is Net Neutrality Good or Bad?

I am trying to write an article on the recent net neutrality bill that was just voted down by the US House of Representatives and is heading for the Senate. I was suprised (shocked even) when I searched for the issue on slashdot and could not find a thing on it. Considering this may or may not be on of the biggest things to happen to the Internet for awhile its suprising nothing has shown up on the site. I'm having a lot of trouble writing this article because everything I read seems to biased one way or another whether you are against net neutrality like Hands off the Internet (http://handsoff.org/) or for it like Save the Internet (http://savetheinternet.com/). Does anyone know of any articles on the subject that are a little more objective, clearly explain the issue, and the technical aspects?
