Our mortgage was sold to NationStar, probably the worst mortgage company in existence at the time. Many, many horror stories out there, but we didn't seem to have any trouble with them.
They decided to rebrand as "Mr. Cooper" and my tagline for them was "The mortgage company so bad we had to rename ourselves."
Or, more likely, "Install error - 0x800f0988"
In my opinion Dockers are overused. Someone creates a new web application, but has dependency bugs that shouldn't be hard to work around.
Because of this I can't just add it as a virtual host to my current Apache installation to test. No one is willing to help make it so it can coexist with other things.
Make it a Docker! Bah, not worth it.
This is no different than taking care of roads, water supply or sewers. If we aren't willing to pay for our infrastructure, it goes by the wayside and gets neglected.
> Baby boomers: The transistor. The laser. The internet. Manned moon landings. Manufacturer to the world.
Not even close. All those happened well before any boomers were adults. Transistors, lasers and moon landings all happened when boomers were children.
The US became a worldwide manufacturer during WWII, before boomers were born.
This is why I will never buy or recommend any router that cannot be flashed/used with OpenWRT/LEDE.
And it will run on almost all the Apple hardware, except the MacBook pro.
Good luck getting it to run on anything not Apple.

This. But I don't use tasks, I use the Notes App. More free-form maybe, plus an Android app just for notes.
There are also turnkey versions for Raspberry Pi that may work on other SBCs.
It's voluntary until it isn't.
No, not confusion caused by his debilitating health. He was drawn into the whole devolution of the modern conservative movement for many years.
I lost a lot of respect for him when he started spouting a lot of that nonsense well before the GWB days.
Good books though.
I thought this excerpt was telling:
And how did she shop for herself?
âoeI do not shop,â Patten said.
In what sense?, I asked, confused.
âoeI just gave up,â she said. âoeI just stopped shopping.â
I think a lot of people are just fatigued from this sort of pricing shenanigans.
Too bad it isn't to upgrade the infrastructure for the cash cow of residential customers. It's to build out a system for a solution in search of a problem.
The more you know.
If I could remove all the crap apps they make me have (yes you too Google, not just V*******), I'd have an up to date phone.
