I get out the headphones and listen to some music, depending on the mood I'm in sometimes it's NWA, sometimes it's Tori Amos, whatever works. I find it's also best to make a list of goals, I am using Mantis right now to track the goals. Short of that, sometimes a rum & coke helps.
If none of that gets me going .... eff it! Play Call of Duty.
