The $117m loss is for the Home & Entertainment division, not just Xbox.
This division includes the games business (both Xbox and PC games), retail, and Microsoft TV.
The H&E Division covers Encarta, Money, Works, retail hardware like mice and keyboards (and joysticks and racing wheels), etc.
